Property Stabilization Report™
Best for out-of-state heirs, executors, and families who want the property secured, stabilized, and documented while probate or ownership decisions are being made. Everything in Snapshot plus a stabilization assessment, access coordination, a comprehensive Property Status Report™, a Buddy Action Plan™, and one Buddy Check-In within 30 days.
Property Oversight Report™
Best for out-of-state heirs, executors, and families who want a trusted local partner to coordinate and oversee the property while probate progresses or ownership decisions are being made. Everything above plus 30 days of local property support, up to four Buddy Check-Ins, vendor coordination, priority client support, ongoing Property Status Reports, and an end-of-service summary.

Do I have to sell my property through Sold by Social Realty?
No. Heir Buddy services are available whether you decide to sell, keep, rent, transfer, or simply hold the property. There is no obligation to use our real estate services.
What is the difference between Property Snapshot and Property Secure?
Property Snapshot helps you understand the property's current condition through photos, video, and a Property Status Report™. Property Stabilization goes a step further by helping identify risks, coordinate property access, and provide a Buddy Action Plan™ to help stabilize the home.
What is a Buddy Check-In?
A Buddy Check-In is a scheduled property visit that includes updated observations, photos, and a Property Status Update to help you stay informed while the property remains vacant.
What is the Buddy Action Plan™?
The Buddy Action Plan™ is a personalized roadmap outlining recommended next steps based on our observations. It helps prioritize actions that may help secure, stabilize, and protect the property.
Can Heir Buddy help while probate is still in progress?
Yes. Many families use Heir Buddy during probate to help document, secure, and monitor the property while legal matters are being resolved.
How can Heir Buddy help with insurance concerns?
Vacant homes often present unique insurance challenges. Heir Buddy provides documentation, property check-ins, and condition updates that can help demonstrate ongoing oversight while the property is vacant.
Is Heir Buddy a home inspection service?
No. We are not licensed home inspectors and do not perform inspections. Our reports are based on visual observations and documentation gathered during our property visits.
Can you coordinate locksmiths, lawn services, or other vendors?
Yes. Depending on your selected service pathway, we can help coordinate access and communication with local service providers. Vendor costs are paid directly by the property owner.
